So yesterday morning we went into the clinic to get a re-check on our month long ear infection. She will be getting tubes in her ears on Thursday.
This is all new to us since the boys never had ear problems.

I'm a little nervous and relieved at the same time. I know she will do fine. But, the thought of handing your baby over for surgery....well.....that's scary. Cooper had a small procedure when he was 2 and I remember how I felt when I handed him over. I'm not looking forward to that. But, if this will make her feel better, I have no choice...

Christmas one more time...after we left Nana's house, my parents came to our house.

I think I may have to start writing my posts at night BEFORE I go to bed. Lately when I sit down after I've gotten up I'm not feelin' all that creative nor funny.....

Next, we were off to Nana's to open yet even MORE presents!!

Davis got a big kick out of putting himself in this box and being real quiet until someone asked, "Hey, where's Davis?" Then the box would start to shake and shimmy and giggle.... It was rather funny! Too bad for D that by the time we got back home he was running a 102 fever...

Puttin' out the milk and cookies for Santa...Rubye Ann is perfecting her back arch which she uses quite effectively when she wants down from a lap. As seen here....

Santa brought a whole bunch of new pappis, half of which are now AWOL...

As soon as Davis got his rocket ship out, he went to get scissors and started to get into it and put it all together. It seems he may have inherited the "put stuff together" illness from, well, I think you may know! *ahem* Moving on....

I had a request yesterday. Jamie's sister stopped by to grab something. Her son asked me to snap a pic of him in his really, really, cool, orange pants and put it on the blog.
So I did.
Andrew, your pants are awesome. I like orange! Not so crazy about Nascar, but likes me some orange!!!

This is the longest I've gone between posts. New Years in the middle of the week and sick kids threww me off. So anyway, back to business....

I'm not sure Rubye Ann had a favorite. She warmed up to the ripping of paper and began to enjoy that, so I would say that was probably what she liked the most.

Today's the first day back to school....my head is very foggy as I sit here and type this.....I would like a few more days of Christmas break please...
