Now, lets move on (no pun intended!) shall we? I had told Cooper we would have his bday party after we got moved in. So, 1 week later, that exactly what we did. He asked about 8 friends to come and we had a small swim party! He picked Cars II for his theme, hence the inflatable tires for the pool.

Made it..not to be moved again. EVER!

A few minutes later I hear some giggling and then I hear piano keys being banged upon in unison....

...then solo.

More day 2, kinda forgot about these..

In my mind I imagine the tune to "The Entertainer"..

Count 'em...SIX guys to bring that bad boy into the house...

Day 2

WE (again, I am referring to Jamie, Ray and Mike) loaded up as much as WE could and headed north. Backed right up to the front porch and began the daunting task of unloading.

Block break...gotta construct skyscrapers..

Its never good when a man gets out of the truck, leaves the door open and has his head to the side looking for the source of something..the trailer was hung up on the driveway. He took care of it somehow and WE were back in business.

Moving Day was slated for a Saturday, but we actually got started on a Wednesday. (0r was it Thursday?) O well, doesn't matter, point is we moved for 3 days!
We loaded up the breakfast room stuff first. And by "we" I am referring to Jamie, Ray, and Mike. I walked around and snapped pictures.

Big D has always been my eager beaver to jump in and help..this day was no different.

Did you know recliners come apart? Me neither. Im not going to post the pic of what all was found after they took the back off. Lets just say all those missing legos, puzzles pieces, hairbands and crackers and Skittles were found!

This piece was one of the ones I was most worried about..that is the orginial glass in that bad boy. I am happy to report it arrived in one piece!

First day of 2011-2012 school year!

And yes, to those of you who are now giggling..I am fully aware that my 6(almost 7) year old is officially taller than my 9 year old... Cuz I'm giggling too!!
