Gotta love baby toes! Yesterday when we went to church, Rubye Ann went barefoot. Number 1 becasue i couldn't find her cute little Sunday socks and number 2 it was warm out. Anyway, on the way to our SS room everyone commented on her. When I got to our class a lot of my friends were talking about how much they loved tiny toes. i said yeah me too. I love the look on Cooper's face in the next picture. Makes you think maybe Davis had bad breath or something! THe last ones are of the fishing trip again! They couldn't wait to try out their nets! THe very last one is one of my favorites. Real professionals!

Well, better late than never!! This is the first chance all day I've had to sit down at the computer! We went to Lincoln Parish Park this morning and had a lot of fun! HEre are some pics of the fishing trip. Here's one of Cooper forgetting to "crank it" and pulling the pole up instead. THis is where the line kept going and going and he kept pulling and pulling! I said before that we used bread for bait. Well, Davis preferred to eat the bait rather than use it on the hook. As you all know, Big D loves him some food! As long as it is not a meal at the table, he loves food! The last two pics are so sweet! They just love being around their sister!

I took the boys to Mr. Cox's pond yeaterday to go fishing! They had the best time. Armed with two poles, two nets and a loaf of white bread we set off. Those fish never knew what hit 'em! It took the boys a few tries to understand how to "reel 'em in". They are used to cane poles when we go fish with Daddy (Bubba). A few times Cooper kept pulling up on the pole instead of reeling and the line kept going and going. It was so funny! Davis caught a big one as you can see in the pic. It made his little pole bow over. He was so excited! Mr. Cox and I couldn't put bread on the hooks fast enough. They would put the pole in and within seconds a fish was on the line. I promise I'm not telling a "fish tale". It was crazy how fast those fish would bite! Those boys filled up the bucket with fish so fast. Mr. Cox kept saying he was going to the house to get a bigger one, but he never got the chance to leave....they kept catching fish too fast. I think they caught 25 bream in all! I got in on the action too. The weather was perfect! I've got a bunch more pics of this trip so I'll post them later with more to the story....so be sure to tune in tomorrow for part 2!

We had a great time yesterday at the zoo! The weather was a bit chilly in the morning but with jackets, we were just fine. All the animals were out and about since the weather was so mild. The boys even got to see armidillos..live ones!!!! The last time we went there wa sonly one giraffe.....there were three this time! One was a baby! I didn't have room to include it on this blog so I'll put it in later. After the zoo, we headed to eat lunch. When we go to Monore, we eat at the same place.....IHOP!!!They have the BEST pancakes. The boys and I ate like piggies! Then it was off to the Children's Museum. AFter that we ran a couple of errands and then to the park!! We had a FULL day. Needless to say, I had a VERY quiet ride home. Rubye Ann was with us and did great.....not a peep out of her. She just laid back in her carseat or in her sling and was quite comfy! She was a real trooper! I just made plans for this afternoon and should get some cute pics! Tune in tomorrow for more of "SPRING BREAK 2008!"

I'm running out of new pics again.....hopefully today I'll solve that problem! We are taking a trip to the zoo and possibly the Children's Museum. It should be fun. I did this with the boys a couple of years ago and we had the best time. Here's some more shots of Peanut enjoying her play mat. Cooper and Davis both loved this thing. It plays music and has some little lights. I do have to admit that the LOVELY tunes do tend to get on one's nerves....Davis likes to turn them on...ALOT! He has always loved music! We'd ask him what he wanted Santa to bring him and he'd say a band. Uh...ok. The kid loves his guitar too, and his piano. Or as he calls it.."pinano". He cracks me up. The last pic is one of the "out takes". I can't look at it without laughing. The looks on Davis' face and Rubye Ann's are hysterical. I can hear Jamie's mom right now.."I'm gonna whoop 'em....I'm gonna whoop 'em for making fun of my babies!" Suzanne is giggling right now and shaking her head....LOL LOL LOL. I think that would make good blog material......"out take" pics. Even the world's most perfect children don't always take the most perfect pictures.....as Suzanne knows all too well....she's giggling again!

I included a pic of our Easter Pics before Sunday School. As we are finding out, trying to take pics of three children isn't the easiet job....there is always someone with a funny look. or someone looking away or something of that nature.....
these were the best ones! Little Bit is now ready for breakfast....I keep hearing the boys say "its your turn to put her paci in!" to each other. I guess that's my cue.......HA HA!

Happy Easter!
Cooper has been looking forward to this day almost as much as he looks forward to Christmas! So much so that the "Easter Bunny" aka ME hid eggs in the datk this morning because I was afraid he would wake up to early and see me in the yard...kinda like the way I saw Daddy hiding my eggs!

Bubba and Sazzy came down yesterday and visited with us. The boys had a great time in the jumpy with Bubba. They are all about jumping and wrestling! After they went back to PB we dyed easter eggs. This is the first year we have done this and the boys really enjoyed. Davis kept asking if the eggs were going to die. We tried to explain that dyeing eggs means to color them. I'm not sure he got it..... I kept telling them not to touch the wet eggs and Davis kept asking "Can I touch one?" He asked so much that Jamie finally said "Let that boy touch on egg!" So he did and he pounded it in his hand like a pitcher does a baseball!!!!! lol lol lol They did such a good job coloring the eggs. Just as I predicted.......Cooper is now sitting in my lap as i finish this blog....
WOW!!! Good thing I was outside in the dark and not right now!!!! Rubye Ann was not into the coloring of the eggs so she hung out and watched! Big D just joined us time to go!

Yesterday was our church's annual Easter Egg hunt and the kids had so much fun!Every year a couple offer their yard for this. There are always three jumpie things and a hayride. Rubye Ann made her first semi-public appearance. I say semi-public beacxuse she was hidden except for her little feet! I had her all snuggled in her wrap. I had to pull down the material whenever someone wanted to see her! She stayed in there the whole 3 hours we were there. The only thing was that if I ate a cookie ehw would get crumbs in her hair and it would look like she had the worst case of baby dandruff ever. And that was when somebody would want to see her!!!!!!!!!! Cooper and Davis were so excited! THey jumped and jumped until time to hunt! Jamie was taking the pics and had a hard time keeping up with them to get some action shots! I love the one of Davis running to find some eggs! Jamie said he shot off like a rocket! Of course, as son as all the eggs were found, they sat down to examine and eat the loot! For anyone who is a Jeff Foxworthy fan, you'l appreciate this.....after the hunt was over Jamie said "that was pandelerium!" Ha HA HA!!

Here are some pics from our trip to Disney World! We had the best time! It was hot, hot, hot! They boys are so ready to go back and frankly, so am I. I love this pic of the boys with Mickey Mouse. The look on Big D's face says "Can you believe this, a giant mouse!" The best part of the trip for them was meeting all the characters! The best one by far had to Lightening McQueen, or as Cooper calls him "Lightening The Queen"!! HA HA!! The looks on their faces when he pulled around the corner was priceless! They were a little scared because Lightening kept revving his engine and it was really loud. You couldn't hear anything else! One day Cooper decided he wanted to go into the tent with the Princesses. We tried to dissuade him but he was determined! We waited in line for two hours! Of course we were the only family in there with two little boys so we got LOTS of attention! So much so that both the boys got EXTREMLY shy! Snow White took quite a liking to ole CoopDog and called him her "prince" and then proceeded to give him a big smack on the cheek.....Cooper was MORTIFIED!!!! She left quite a nice lipstick print on his face! It was hysterical! He does not like for anyone to see those pics! He would be so upset if he knew I had put them on the website for all to enjoy! HEE HEE!!! It's just oo cute not to share! We have our big church easter egg hunt today....the sun is out but's it's chilly.....Jamie has the big lens on the camera so I'm anticipating some good shots! We'll see. Tune in tomorrow............

Well, Cooper's Easter Egg hunt was marred be the weather. The girl that was having the party at her house decided to move the party back to school. The rain was coming down sideways! NOt really great for 40 kids hunting eggs! AND she didn't want 40 Pre-K'ers running amuck around her house! Can't blame her!

Davis is supposed to have his Easter Egg hunt this morning BUT he has been suffering from a little stomach upset SOOOOOOOOOOO, looks like he won't have one either! He hasn't asked about it yet so that's good!

NO pics this morning.....Spring Break has started for Cooper and Davis is here too and I don't have time to upload htey are pulling at me right now....................

Yesterday the wind was unbelieveable!!!! It was tough! When we got home from picking Cooper up at school, I spied the kite in the corner and the light bulb went off. Davis and I headed out to the driveway and got down to the business of flying a kite! It was great! Davis was doing great with the kite and having fun! Cooper was in the doorway pouting. About what? I still don't know, I don't think he knows either. Rubye Ann was snoozing peacefully in her carseat. Of course I am NOT about to miss a photo op. I grabbed the camera and started to click away. It was so much fun until I watched the kite that was attached to the string that led down to my son's hand come too close to the power line that runs between us and our neighbor's house. (Sure hope I don't get arrested for child endangerment! HA HA!!) That fun came to a schreeching halt. I then moved the party over to another's neighbor's house. She has quite the expansive backyard. It's more like the back forty.
We get over there and get Rubye Ann settled inside with Mrs. Fran. The boys and I head out to the pasture. Davis immediately looses intrest and so it's just Cooper and me. He had a blast! The last pic is my favorite! Pure joy! LOVE IT!! Cooper has his Easter party today....should be fun. I hope to get some cute shots!

I can't think of anything catchy to say for this....looks comfy doesn't she? This is basically what she does most of the time! I took her in to the clinic last week and she weighed in at a whopping 7 lbs. 15 oz. She has now passed up Davis' birthweight...he was 7 lbs. 10 oz. I can't believe she will be 7 weeks old on Saturday! They told me it would be ok to take her to Easter service on Sunday. This will be her first trip to church. She will not however be staying in the nursery..they told me to keep her in her carrier and not let anyone hold her. Although these pics don't show them, she has been opening her eyes and taking in all the sights around here.

Aren't these two pics of Davis and Cooper great? These were taken the night after Christmas. The one of Davis reminds me of the scene in the movie "A Christmas Story" where Ralphie's little brother Randy falls asleep under the tree with his new Zepplin. Classic! That movie is definately on my favorites list. It just wouldn't be Christmas if I didn't watch it at least once or twice. I love how they will have a marathon of that movie every year and you can watch it for like 24 hours straight! The other Christmas movie that has to be seen every year is Christmas Vacation. I'm giggling right now just thinking about it. My favorite part is when Chevy Chase pulls down the attic door and gets knocked in the face with the sliding laddder..HA HA HA!!! Oh yeah, my other favorite part is when he greases up his sled with "industrial lubricant"
and shoots like a rocket down the mountain and through the town. I'm laughing out loud now...gotta change subjects or I'm going to wake the whole house! lol lol Cooper has his Easter Egg hunt at school tomorrow and he is soooooooo excited hopefully I'll get some good pictures!
