Happy St. Paddy's Day.....hence the green font!!! Well, yardwork weekend has come and gone. As predicted, two jobs got done. Seriously, there are just NOT enough hours in a day sometimes, and that is including daylight savings! I did not have tha camera handy either....
As I said in the last blog, Halloween costumes make great material for one's blog .....sooooooooooooo, here are pics of the boys' costumes. This past Halloween they were Barney and Fred. THis costume pattern is out of date and was not in stores....so GUESS where I found it!!!! YEP!!! E BAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm telling you I LOVE EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They looked sooo cute.
In 2006 they were the best dinosaurs EVER!!!! I had found a pattern and our neighbor, Ms. Mary Nell sewed them for us, complete with the "most magnificent" "swishy" tails. We were inflormed by Mr. Cooper that the costumes HAD to have "long swishy tails"!
And so they did! In 2005 (my personal favotrite) they were Thing One and Thing Two. I was Cat in the Hat. Jamie did not have a costume that year and I jokingly said he was a party pooper. Well, someone asked Cooper what he had been for Halloween and his response was..(I'm quoting him, he really said this...) "I was Thing One, Baby was Thing Two, Mama was Cat in the Hat and Daddy was a party pooper!" NO JOKE!!!!! In 2004, they were blue and yellow M&M's. Kinda funny that if you ask them now what their favorite colors are , Cooper will say blue and Davis will say yellow. Time to wake up Thing One and Thing Two......

It's Cooper's page today! I went back to June and found these of our fishing trip in Pine Bluff. We had so much fun. Cooper loved fishing. Davis liked lookng at the crickets in the tube. I enjoyed it as well. Probably more that I should have
. I have this thing about fishing.....once I get started and catch the first one..it's like a mission to get as many as I can. The first one is Cooper pulling the fish out of the water. If you lok close you can see it on the end of the line, kinda sideways. Look how excited he is in the next one where he is holding it. THe last one he's throwing it back in. Daddy could barely keep crickets ready to put on the hook Cooper was catching them so fast...or was it the fish kept stealing the bait? Seeing these pics from yesterday and today makes me ready for spring and warmer weather. Jamie and I have decided this weekend will be yardwork weekend. We have what seems like a million things we want to do, but my prediction is that we may get one or two things done. I can't imagine why that would be so.......what with three children and all!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we can recruit Thing One and Thing Two to help us......I'll be sure to have the camera ready! OOOOO.............speaking of thing one and two...I'll have to post those pics of them in their Halloween costumes!! That would make great blog material!

Ok, this is wierd....I just posted a blog with the pics a minute ago and it NEVER showed up! So I am going to try and re-do it and see what happens.
I dedicared this blog to the one and only BIG D!
I was running out of pictures from this month, so I went back to July. HEre is Davis showing off his superior form with golf. Tom, aren't you proud? Nevermind that he totally missed the ball when the club came down! BTW, the ball is there. It's just hidden in the grass. I think this was the same day that Jamie mowed the grass in the rain. I got a pic of that....I post it after this one is finished! I also got some shots of Davis and his love of the water hose!
