Last week was Cooper's Spring Break. So that meant we had a FULL schedule planned. On Monday, they did a little yard work. We fully support child labor around our house!!
Actually, if the truth be known, this was more of a punishment technique.

Once upon a time, a couple of little boys had acted ugly after their mommy had
purchased them both brand new fishing rods for a fishing expedition she had planned for later that week. After the "incident" the mommy told them the rods would be returned and that their "fun day" in Monore the next day might be cancelled unless they could improve their behavior. The daddy told them that in order for them to be able to have their "fun day" they had to pick up EVERY single pine cone and stick in the front yard.
(This actually kinda helped the daddy since he planned to mow after work!!) The two little boys got right to it.

This was the collection they had after about an hour of "work'.
The two little boys worked hard and were able to go on their "fun day" to Monore. But not until Wednesday....it stormed all day Tuesday and the two little boys were stuck inside.
So was the mommy. THE END.
